Our fitness instructors are happy and eager to provide you with a training program to guide you to your desired fitness goal in the safest manner. This training program will be available to you in our "Mywellness App" and will be tailored to your exact wishes and fitness level.
The App will exactly tell you which exercises you need to do with the suitable weight, sets and repetitions.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask one of the fitness instructors and they will assist you and give you advice about exercising, diet and a healthy lifestyle.
