What changes were you looking to make to your Vitality Spaces?
A refurbishment of our office was carried out to support our hybrid ways of working.
The health and wellbeing of our employees is of paramount importance so, as part of the refurbishment, we took the opportunity to not only extend our existing on‐site fitness facilities, but to introduce an on‐site fitness coach and gym manager to encourage a wider take up by our employees.
How did High Five support you to create the new Vitality Spaces facilities?
Following a competitive tender process, High Five were appointed as our wellbeing partner.
During the design phase, they helped define what equipment would be needed in the gym and studio. They also helped us to define what classes would be offered, by creating an employee survey to make sure we were meeting our employees needs.
Outcome:
High Five were appointed as PZ Cusson’s wellbeing partner and helped to redesign and refurbish their fitness facilities to support hybrid ways of working.
