Do I need to sign up if I only want to use the free services, such as gym and the online classes?
Yes, you have to sign up in order to use the High-Five Connect app which will allow you to join the online-classes and all the fitness services.
- Visit your local High Five Website (use the location links on the main page)
- Hit “Join now” and fill in the form
- You’ll receive an automated email confirmation of your registration
- Your location manager will contact you to confirm your membership
- Use the link provided in the automated email to create an account and a password
- Download the High Five Connect App (or use its desktop version) and sign in using your login credentials (click here for the HFC desktop app)
- You’re ready to book the mandatory intake session now.
How can I arrange access for my family members?
Family members can use the gym facilities for €60 for half a year and €10/month thereafter on a rolling month basis. (1 month cancellation notice). After registering, High Five takes care of the membership. The family card for access however should be requested by the staff member with SERVICELINE.
How do I book via the website?
- Visit or epomunich.virtuagym.com;
- Click ‘Schedule’ on the left bar;
- Select the section ‘Intakes & Training Program’ on top to find ‘Intakes and Registration’ and ‘Training Program’ slots that can be booked. Members in Munich will find that either ‘Pschorr’ or ‘Isar’ is written on each section and all slots to clearly show where the activity will take place.
- By selecting an ‘Activity’ you could choose to have only one of the two types of appointments displayed;
- Select ‘Online Group Classes’ to find everything that is offered online.
- On the homepage click ‘Club Schedule’ to see all the slots that can be booked;
- Looking for one specific activity? Click ‘All activities’ to select what you’re looking for and click ‘Show results’;
- Click on a slot you want to book and then click ‘Join’.
How do I book/join an online class?
Firstly, you need to install the Microsoft Teams App on the device on which you will join the class. Via the app, click on “Club schedule” and filter via ‘All schedules’ on ‘Online Group Classes’. Then scroll trhough the days to find a class that fits your agenda. Via the website, click on ‘Schedule’ and select ‘Online Group Classes’. Pick a class you like and click ‘Join’ in the app or ‘Book now’ on the website.
You will then receive a confirmation via email. On the day, visit the app or site again and hit join to participate in the class.
The app shows for my location EPO Munich HQ but I am working at another site?
The app does not allow to give more than one location. The correct location of the gym can be found on the website for your EPO site: epomunich.highfive.fit
What do I have to bring with me to my first appointment or what do I have to consider?
For the first appointment, please bring your doctor's prescription, the currently required mouth and nose cover and a large towel. Depending on the form of therapy, it is necessary to come in comfortable sportswear. This is particularly necessary when training or exercises are carried out.
If the treatment takes place on a self-payer basis and not on a prescription, we need your account details (IBAN and BIC), as payment is only possible by direct debit.
How long is my prescription valid?
As a rule, the treatment should be started shortly after the issue date. In consultation with the Cigna, the regulation is valid for a maximum of 1 year.

What if i miss my appointment?
Coming too late or forgetting the appointment means less treatment time or, if necessary, failure calculation You can cancel agreed appointments up to 24 hours before the start of the respective appointment free of charge. This is currently possible by email, physiotherapyepomunich@highfive.fit
In the event of short-term cancellations or missed appointments, we reserve the right to bill you for the appointment. The amount of the costs corresponds to the treatment fee for the canceled therapy unit. In the event of delays on your part, we are not obliged to make up for this time, but you will not incur any further costs.
How does the online booking of appointments work?
Under the heading Physiotherapy - Make an appointment, you have the opportunity to reserve appointments online yourself. After your reservation you will receive a reservation confirmation by email. As soon as the appointment is accepted by us, you will also receive a booking confirmation by email. In individual cases it may happen that the appointment cannot be kept as you wish. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a replacement or to clarify any open questions. You can book online here.
What are the costs of the treatment?
The treatment will be invoiced after completion or termination, according to the currently valid prices. The invoice is created by our billing company Optadata, which will send you the invoice together with the prescription / prescription copy submitted to us. You can find a current price list here.
You have to pay the bill, regardless of the reimbursement from your insurer, but a reimbursement is usually not a problem.
Do I have to be insured with a specific health insurance company?
We can only treat patients who are privately insured.
