Select workouts online and synchronise them with your app to work out at home or in the gym while keeping track of your progress. From strength to weightlifting, the app acts as your guide, providing the motivation you are looking for.

Our fitness instructors are happy and eager to provide you with a training program to guide you to your desired fitness goal in the safest manner. This training program will be available to you in our "Mywellness App" and will be tailored to your exact wishes and fitness level.

The App will exactly tell you which exercises you need to do with the suitable weight, sets and repetitions.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask one of the fitness instructors and they will assist you and give you advice about exercising, diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Our workshops, seminars, webinars and 1 on 1 sessions in the field of mindset, movement, recovery and nutrition consist of personal and team-related experiences.
