High Five Health Promotion is a strategic partner of Nike, serving as their corporate health and wellbeing provider for the EHQ in Hilversum and all sport facilities at Nike UK, Germany & Belgium. Within this role we are also responsible for the management and delivery of the Nike Sports App across EMEA—an app that connects all Nike employees to their corporate sport facilities. For Nike EHQ we are currently looking for a Communication Specialist to join our team full-time (40 hours per week).
Role Overview:
As a Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for all communication channels related to the Nike sport facilities, including the Nike Sports App, the narrowcasting system, and the internal intranet. Your main goal is to inspire and motivate employees (athletes) to utilize the facilities and become the best version of themselves. You will oversee the brand’s communication strategy, working closely with our Nike team and collaborating with Sport Leads across EMEA.
You will thrive in this role if you have a passion for content, a keen understanding of how to engage an online community, and the ability to connect with the brand’s audience in innovative ways. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as you will lead the development of content calendars and create engaging content tailored to each communication channel. Your efforts will help connect Nike sport initiatives EMEA-wide, while driving engagement and promoting a healthy lifestyle among Nike employees.
Your key responsibilities includes:
- Manage and create content across all communication channels, including the Nike Sports App, narrowcasting system, and internal intranet.
- Collaborate with the Nike team and Sport Leads across EMEA to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy (within Nike guidelines).
- Develop a content calendar, internal posts, and innovative communication campaigns.
- Actively engage with the community, encouraging participation and interaction with the brand.
- Inspire Nike employees to use the sports facilities and embrace a healthy, active lifestyle.
- Engage on conversations with communities and stakeholders
- Report directly to the General Manager of the Sport facilities at Nike. EHQ
Desired essential experience:
- Bachelor degree / degree level educated, preferable in communications
- Passion for sports, fitness, health and wellbeing
- Proven work experience as a comms coordinator or content manager for Sport brands
- Excellent writing skills & able to create content (writings/visual)
- Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice
- Fluent in Dutch & English, Other EMEA language is a bonus

- Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively whilst also having a commercial focus
- Attention to detail and resilience - you’ll need to be able to juggle multiple projects at any one time, (re) prioritise effectively and regularly but also maintain the highest attention to detail and accuracy
