Retention Campaign Sweepstakes

1. Organizer

The organizer of the sweepstakes is High Five Health Promotion GmbH (Studio Active Erlangen).

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all existing members of Studio Active Erlangen with an active membership contract.

• Members must achieve 10,000 steps per day for 7 consecutive days at least once in September 2025.
• Employees of High Five Health Promotion are excluded from participation.

3. Participation

• All eligible members must submit proof of their steps via email to fitnesssiemenserlangen@highfive.fit.
• All common step or fitness trackers are accepted (e.g., smartphone apps, smartwatches, fitness bands).
• No separate registration is required; submitting proof of steps counts as participation.

4. Prize Draw and Prizes

• After the campaign period ends (30 September 2025), winners will be selected via a raffle (AI-supported random selection).
• The following prizes will be awarded to eligible members:
  • 1st place: Free month of membership
  • 2nd place: Personal training session
  • 3rd place: Giveaway package
• Winners will be contacted directly by High Five Health Promotion. If no response is received within 14 days, the organizer reserves the right to reassign the prize.

5. Data Protection

• Personal data collected during the sweepstakes will be used exclusively for administering the sweepstakes.
• High Five Health Promotion’s privacy policy applies.

6. Miscellaneous

• Cash payouts or transfer of prizes is not permitted.
• The legal route is excluded.
• By participating in the sweepstakes, members agree to these terms and conditions.
