High Five Health Promotion has contracts with all health insurers in the Netherlands. We send the invoice for your treatment to your health insurer. If your (supplementary) insurance does not cover (all of your) physiotherapy treatments, we will send you an invoice. Our fees are shown below. The invoice will be addressed to you. Payment must be made directly to us. For further important information, read the text beneath the prices.

These rates apply if you are no longer eligible for physiotherapy reimbursements from your health insurance.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If this is not done (on time), High Five Health Promotion reserves the right to charge for an “missed appointment”.
