1. Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is High Five Health Promotion GmbH (Studio Active Erlangen).
2. Eligibility
All employees of companies containing the name Siemens are eligible to participate.
Excluded from participation are:
- Employees who already have an active membership at the Erlangen location (Studio Active),
- Employees of High Five Health Promotion.
3. Participation
- All new members who sign up for a membership as part of the Acquisition Campaign at Studio Active during the promotional period from 15 September 2025 to 15 October 2025 are automatically entered into the sweepstakes.
- The membership must have a minimum contract duration of 6 months.
- No separate registration for the sweepstakes is required.
4. Prize Draw and Prizes
- After the promotional period ends (from 16 October 2025), the winners will be determined via a raffle (AI-supported random selection).
- The following prizes will be awarded to all eligible new members:
1st place: 6 months membership (free)
2nd place: 3 months membership (free)
3rd-5th place: 1 personal training session or individual training plan
6th-10th place: 1 free Tanita body composition analysis
11th-50th place: Attractive giveaways, including:
10 Siemens towels, 20 High Five water bottles, 10 T-shirts
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted directly by High Five Health Promotion after the draw. If no response is received within 14 days, the organizer reserves the right to reassign the prize.
6. Data Protection
The personal data collected in connection with the sweepstakes will be used exclusively for the administration of the sweepstakes. High Five Health Promotion’s privacy policy applies.
7. Miscellaneous
- Cash payouts or transfers of prizes are not permitted.
- The legal route is excluded.
- By participating in the sweepstakes, members agree to these terms and conditions.
